LAJNARP is an India-focused online retail brand. These terms apply to purchases made through lajnarp.com. Merchant identity and tax details applicable to a transaction are shown on the invoice and legally required checkout records.
Products and pricing
We aim to describe products accurately. Colour and appearance can vary by screen and production batch. Prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes where applicable. A listing, cart or payment attempt does not guarantee acceptance if inventory, serviceability, fraud screening or a clear pricing error prevents fulfilment.
Orders and payment
Payment is collected through an independent regulated payment provider. An order is accepted when payment is verified and fulfilment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled or that reasonably appears fraudulent.
Liability and law
Products must be used according to their instructions and intended purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable Indian consumer law. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to the jurisdiction required by applicable consumer-protection rules.
