Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to serviceable PIN codes across India. Availability is confirmed at checkout and may change when a courier temporarily pauses service in a location.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are sent to fulfilment only after prepaid payment is verified. Most in-stock orders are expected to dispatch within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days. Remote locations, public holidays and exceptional courier disruptions can take longer.
Tracking
When the courier accepts your parcel, tracking details are sent using the contact information supplied at checkout. Multiple items may arrive separately when they are fulfilled by different approved suppliers.
Charges and delays
The checkout total shows any delivery charge before payment. LAJNARP is not responsible for delays caused by an incomplete address, an unreachable recipient, weather, strikes or events outside reasonable control, but our support team will help trace the shipment.
