Information we use
We collect the contact, delivery and order information you provide, along with basic device, security and site-usage data. We use it to process orders, prevent fraud, provide support, improve the store and meet legal obligations.
Payments and fulfilment
Payment details are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored by LAJNARP. Necessary order information may be shared with payment, commerce, supplier and courier partners—including Cashfree, Shopify and the connected India fulfilment network—only to operate the order.
Retention and choices
We keep records only as long as needed for orders, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal compliance. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing care@lajnarp.com; some transaction records must be retained where law requires.
Security and updates
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
